Band stuff

So now I'm in a band that's TOO good. I need to find that equilibrium. This guitar player is just insane. Not the BEST guitar player I've ever played with, but no question the best metal guitarist. It's kinda funny, when he's playing, he does this head-bop motion. Like a chicken pecking into the air. Then I watched a Joe Bonamassa DVD and he does almost exactly the same thing when he plays. That must be something that really good players do. The "chicken-neck" motion.

Anyway, JB's version of "A New Day Yesterday" is really really good. I gotta see that guy live but all he plays are like, biker bars.

CDL 8 successfully completed.

Super Bowl tomorrow. Fuck yeah.

Pats win ANOTHER Super Bowl. FUCK YEAH! That's 3 in the last 4 years bitches. All that shit the Eagles talked did them no good, cause they just got beat. Owens had a good game, which is to be expected. He's a great reciever. Brady should have gotten MVP, although Branch did have a hell of a game. Brady had a 110 passer rating, and no way they win w/o Brady, and they might have won w/o Branch. Plus he'd be the only QB besides Montana to win 3 SB MVPs. Best stat of the game? Donovan McNabb completed more passes to Rodney Harrison than Freddie Mitchell. Good game, bitch! Screw those Philly bastards. Chuck Bednarik hella got his way. The saddest sight at the end of the game was BB, Romeo, and Charlie in a huddle all hugging eachother. They're all going their separate ways next year and it won't quite be the same.

I officially got out of the Sacramento band, and I'll stay in the Davis band as long as they'll have me, which I hope is a while. This guitar player's tons of fun to play with. We'll see how it goes.
