I fucked up again, it's all my fault
May. 1st, 2005 07:07 pmI did horrible on my chem midterm. I don't know why I continue to fuck up like this. I guess I just have no ambition and I pretty much do whatever makes me happy nowadays. Which is pretty weak on my part and is something I am definitely going to have to work out of. I guess I was just so burnt out by the end of the week I just didn't feel like studying anymore and had lost all my previous studying effort from the chem test by way of other finals and stuff. That's all excuses though, and I don't like to make excuses. I fucked up, and that's all.
I wish I were older and just had everything figured out already. Being in your early 20s fucking sucks. There's so much garbage you have to worry about...like you have to decide right now where the fuck your life is going. I've considered EVERYTHING. I've thought about dropping out, thought about just getting a job after I graduate, grad school of course which I will probably end up doing, I've thought about finding a band that's touring and joining up, I've even considered joining the military. I mean EVERYTHING. I'm sure I'll figure something out.
I have a job interview Monday. I usually fuck those up. We'll see how it goes I suppose.
Interesting musical stuff going on lately. Working on a project at one place and jamming with some folks another. Being not that good at bass is great. It helps me have more fun I think. You can't be uptight about music. When it stops being fun, it's not really music anymore I guess.
The Celtics and Sox sure turned shit around after my rant...yeesh, now I look all foolish. The Celtics just demolished Indiana behind a great Pierce performance. I loved when he hit that 3 at the end and got fouled and knocked to the ground and got up looked at the camera and very nonchalantly said "That's what I'm talkin about" and winked. It was the coolest shit ever.
And yeah the Sox won the last 2 as well. Good hitting performances both days. I love seeing Youkilis playing and Clement and Arroyo looked friggin awesome. Bullpen wasn't that bad (sans FUCKING FOULKE). Damon has been on fire, Tek also has been stellar. The starter for tomorrow is a mystery I guess, it'll probably be Jeremy Gonzalez who they'll call up from Pawtucket. I can't watch any games this week really until Friday. I might be able to catch the end of the Thursday's game but that's it really. The timing just doesn't work out. Hopefully they just beat the shit out of Detroit and I won't have to stew over anything. That would be indeed optimal.

Oh and I inherited my mom's digital camera. Which is awesome. I've never owned a camera my whole life. So now in addition to the great sports photos I provide you with, you'll be getting some pics from my daily life I suppose. Hope you enjoy it.
