I figured out a good slogan for livejournal. I scribbled it in my scorecard sometime early in the game.

"Livejournal: Cathartic Musings of the Pathetically Single"

When I have someone to be with, livejournal entries go significantly down. I'm facing the music. I'm only here to complain.

My deep thought of the night: "If everything was gone except for Seattle, could mankind survive?". Probably not.

I'm trying to work out a version for "Amazing Grace" for the performance in a couple weeks. I started playing a very stoic version of the melody on bass last rehearsal and they were happy enough with my messing around to go ahead and implant it into the set list. I'm thinking play some cool intro, go into the melody slowly, play it at a jazzy tempo, then slow down at the end, Tempo I for all the musicians out there.

By the way the A's suck. So does Kevin Brown.

And the Red Sox rocked tonight. Halama actually got a win and friggin Doug Mirabelli got a granny. For those who know...DOUGIE'S GOIN' DEEP!





Celtics are pretty much done. One more game to go, sigh. Maybe they'll win.

Thinkin as soon as this pack is done, I'm quitting smoking again. I only had one pack...but I still broke my smokeless streak.

I feel pretty weird, like mostly down right now...I feel like writing a song but I'm pretty tired.

Tomorrow is gonna suck majorly. But tonight was fun. I needed like 3 hours to just forget about everything. I got it. I'll take it.
