Days go by

Been a few days since I updated in here. It's cause my computer at home has been kaputt the last few days.

New Year's was pretty cool. Played some poker and I was doing ok-kinda winning here and there and hanging in there, got down to the final three, and then an external source intervened and I ended up losing. But it was cool to ring in the New Year outside of my own home. And it was cool to abstain from alcohol and stuff.

I didn't make any kind of resolution. Fuck that noise. If I wanna do something, I'll just do it whenever. I don't need to wait for New Year's or whatever.

School starts tomorrow which is pretty much a drag. I only have like 2 hours of class which is certainly manageable. I'm just not looking forward to glaring down at the syllabi and thinking "fuck, that's a lot of work that I really don't want to do".

I got this really cool planner for New Year's. I kinda want to start using something like that to make myself a fraction more organized. Does that count as a Resolution I guess? Whatever.
