Beer and a burrito
Apr. 14th, 2005 12:57 amDamn we just acted like a bunch of slapasses today in physics. I mean we didn't do jack. Just sat around talking about random crap the entire time. When the T/A came around I would have something new to show him and ask him and make some scientific assumption about it. Totally and thoroughly had him fooled into thinking we were actually doing something. We got to talking about Mexican food and at the end we were all pining for nothing more than "a burrito and a cold beer".
History is the only subject where I've ever found discussion helpful. It helps to hear other perspectives on the primary sources. I swear I'm not a nerd.
I came home and just felt overwhelmingly tired. So I fell asleep. I woke up about 11:00 realizing I still had my psych write up to do. So I got up but something wasn't right. The room was spinning around, my whole body itched like I had ants running all over it and my vision was fuzzy as hell. I let whatever it was take its toll and about a half hour later I felt better. I think it might be some kinda allergic reaction cause I still feel kinda weird, but it's not nearly as bad.

Did anyone else see the "protesters" on the quad protesting the cow milking contest? Man, people are just bored. I was within a breath of buying one of those one pound six dollar burgers at Carl's Jr. and just following one of the protesters around while I downed the whole thing.
The BOSTON CELTICS clinched a playoff birth today. YES! The season is not over yet!!! I didn't see tonight's game at all, they beat Milwaukee, who's a joke of a team anyway, but I did watch yesterday as they beat the Sixers in the biggest game of the year to date, easily. 2 More wins or Philly losses clinches the Atlantic...but they need to win more games to get home court in the first round at least. Friday's a tough game against the Heat though...
The Sox lost today. Blaaaah. Didn't watch it. I guess Schilling pitched pretty good but they left his fat ass in too long. 2 runs against Jaret Wright, however, is not good. Nixon continues his impressive start, and the Cheater hit one out for the MFY's. Oh well, a nice 3-5 start for the Sox. Lovely. And tomorrow we get Randy Johnson. You better bring it Bronson. Bring it big time. Cause I'll be watching...
